What if my customer requests a refund or return?

We accept refunds or returns under any of the following conditions: 

1.The product is lost and the delivery status on 17 track is not “delivered&”; 

2.Damaged products, incorrect or missing products; 

3.The product waybill number is invalid, and the delivery status cannot be checked; 

 We will not resend or refund if: 

1.The parcel is not delivered due to the wrong address or telephone number provided in the order; 

2.The package did not arrive because the local post office could not contact the recipient.
